What sort of password should I use ?

Your first password is issued by us. You must change it when you first connect to the service.
It must include at least 6 characters and comply with the following rules:
- 6 to 12 characters which must be letters ( * ) or numbers, excluding accented letters, and symbols
- include at least one number, and at least one letter
- be different to the three last passwords used.
( * ) The password is case-sensitive and must always be written in the same way.

Examples :

- cmonmot3
- 1234567z
- JEan123

Which username should I use ?

Your username is supplied by the bank, and cannot be personalized. When you connect to the service, remember that it is case sensitive (e.g. 580000DUPONTJean).
